Create the right conditions for the best offer.
With a strategic starting price, verified buyers, and a minimum acceptable price agreed in advance, Offera creates the conditions for the best, most credible offer to emerge.
In a traditional sale, a viewing — or even an offer — doesn’t necessarily mean the buyer is ready to move forward.
More interest doesn’t always mean
more ready buyers.
Different terms and timelines create
uncertainty and delays.
Offera organizes demand around your property, so that genuinely interested buyers reach the offer stage through one shared, clear process.
01
WE ACTIVATE DEMAND
Strategic starting price
The starting price is set strategically, based on market data, demand, and your goal, to attract more suitable buyers and generate interest around the property.
02
WE CONCENTRATE INTEREST
Targeted promotion and viewings
Open Days, and private viewings are organized within a specific time frame, so that interest is concentrated and momentum builds around the sale.
03
WE IDENTIFY WHO’S READY TO MOVE FORWARD
Verification & participation requirements
Before making an offer, participants have seen the property, know the terms, have been verified, and have completed the required participation steps. Where required, the buyer’s ability to secure financing is also confirmed.
04
Private auction with clear terms
Verified buyers take part in the same process and submit their offers within a specific time frame. You know the minimum acceptable price and the key terms of the sale in advance.
The starting price is not the sale price. It’s the tool that activates
demand and creates competition for your property.

With Offera, the starting price is chosen strategically to
mobilize more genuine buyers and concentrate demand within a specific time frame.
We assess the property and the market, and agree on the framework for the process, the minimum acceptable price, and the key terms of the sale.
We prepare the property, organising all relevant information and documentation, and bring it to market.
We organise Open Days and private viewings. Interested buyers who wish to proceed complete the required verification and participation steps.
Verified participants submit their offers within a defined timeframe, under the same terms.
Once the process concludes, the highest valid offer meeting the agreed terms is selected. Prosperty then coordinates the transaction through to completion.
From proper preparation and finding buyers through to the transfer of ownership, the Prosperty team organizes and coordinates every stage of the process for you.
Personal Advisor
A member of the Prosperty team gets to know your property and acts as your main point of contact throughout the process.
Pricing based on market data
We analyze the market, demand, and comparable properties in the area, so we can agree together on the right pricing and positioning framework for your property.
Preparation & professional presentation
We organize the presentation of the property and, where needed, use professional photography, video, 360° content, or AI-generated visuals, so it’s presented in the best possible way.
We find and manage buyers
We use Prosperty’s network and demand to bring real buyer interest to your property. We organize Open Days and private viewings, and support interested buyers until they’re ready to move forward.
Technical preparation of the property
We handle the issuance of the property’s Electronic Property ID (ΗΤΑ) (inferred, please confirm — see note A3) with a Prosperty engineer, so that a key step in the technical preparation for the transfer of ownership is already complete.
Coordination through to the transfer of ownership
Once the offer process is complete and the transaction moves forward, the Closing team coordinates the next stages with the lawyer, notary, and, where required, engineer — through to the completion of the transfer of ownership.
